General Advice:
Be sure to get the app called Velib app ahead of time and rent e-bikes to get around!

You absolutely HAVE to tour Le Louvre. Here is the tour I did:

Be sure to buy access to the Eiffel Tower ahead of time to avoid some of the waiting. There will be a line no matter what but it can cut down on your wait quite a bit. Also, be sure to check if any portion of the tower is scheduled for maintenance during your travel dates!

Notre Dame is still under renovations the last time I checked but they had a nice observation deck across from the front so you can still get a good look at the façade! I also really recommend visiting the nice park across the Seine called "Square Rene Viviani" for a nice photo op of the cathedral :)
While you're in the area, walk around the Latin Quarter! The shops and restaurants in that area are just adorable. My wife and I got dinner at Roger La Grenouille which has amazing atmosphere and a nice traditional French menu. Pont Neuf also had one of my favorite parks which sists at a very famous fork on the Seine.
Eats:
My favorite meals were croissants, baguettes, and local cheeses that I came across. The simpler meals were my favorite while in Paris. I highly recommend just grabbing a baguette, some brie, and sitting in a quieter area along the Seine
